I stopped by the neighborhood myself to check out the roof of the house that we've been looking at...I was expecting the worst. But it wasn't as bad as I was expecting...although it does scare me that there's exposed wood showing. I do know that the realtor came out and took detailed pictures so hopefully that means that they'll at least tarp the thing. I hope your home owners insurance will help you guys out!!!
